 Verified Wow! Absolute perfection! The accommodation is in a fantastic location, with a beautiful view of Porthtowan beach, just a very short stroll to take a dip, visit the local chippy and shop or soak up the atmosphere in a couple of bars.  Can highly recommend The Blue Bar for friendly service, great food and stunning sunsets!The coastal path walk to St Agnes is lovely as is the walk via beach to Chapel Porth. The accommodation itself is decorated to an incredibly high standard, its beautiful! Alot of care has been taken to cater for every need. Its very well equipped, great powerful shower, really comfy bed. Thoughtful personal touches and welcome gift.The communication from Sue was brilliant, professional and very informative even though she had other personal priorities.  Verified Sue had great communication which made it very easy to find and check in to the accommodation. The apartment itself was excellent.  Verified Stunning outlook from the living room which is situated on the upper floor to maximise the views, really relaxing place to chill out, open the doors when it’s warm and take it all in.  Verified What an absolutely charming, perfect holiday rental! We arrived after a long drive to find an immaculate property with an incredible view of St. Michael's Mount. The owners had left us a fantastic array of provisions, a bottle of wine and a lovely welcome note. Such an amazing welcome-pack of delectable food! It was great to have the makings of breakfast so we didn't have to rush off to the shops upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the tea/coffee station by the bedroom window. Loads of closet space and drawers and hangers for unpacking! We ate breakfast every day in the sweet little dining room facing the sea. The lounge was very cozy with a big TV perfect for watching movies, and of course there was always the gorgeous view out the large picture window. The shower was strong and hot, and I appreciated having a washing machine. The kitchen was so well-equipped! But beyond all the fabulous amenities, we were so impressed with the helpfulness and kindness of the hosts, who gave us lots of suggestions on things to do and places to eat The outdoor patio area overlooking the water was amazing, with very comfy lounge chairs. Seawatch is close to all amenities, and just steps from the beach. Garage to park our rental car in which was very handy. My only "complaint" is that I would happily have spent another week there, but sadly we had to fly home. We've stayed at many places around the world but this is one of our very favs!

 Verified Our stay was amazing. Our host made contact early, checked in with us for arrival and needs, supplied an amazing welcome basket…the warm scones - what a treat! There were many little considerations, to make our stay more pleasurable, as well as a clearly outlined ‘Welcome Book’ giving a huge amount of information. This apartment is well placed for local activities, some retail therapy and pubs with good service and meals. Larger retail shops, including Tesco, are just a couple of miles away.Onsite parking was perfect for mid size SUVs and smaller vehicles.We would definitely revisit if travelling this way again, you will NOT be disappointed!

Uns erwartete eine blitzsaubere, sehr komfortable Wohnung mit bequemen Betten, einer voll umfänglichen Küchenausstattung, großem TV und einer traumhaften Dachterrasse direkt am Meer und mit Blick auf St. Mount Michaels. Die Gastgeber stellten uns hochwertige Produkte wie Prosecco, Cornish Cream Tea, Schinken, Käse u.v.m. als Willkommenspaket hin.  Verified Location was perfect view amazingSue was lovely very helpful, good communication, left really helpful supplies and goodies for our arrival. The property was spotless everything we needed for our stay although some  things could be improved outside area was very tired ( garden furniture and dead plants, parasol etc) The property is on two levels but wasn’t stated on booking details, bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs, not an issue for able body people but I really struggled as mobility poor and that is the only negitive.  Verified Das allerbeste ist die Lage!! Wir haben es bei Bilderbuchwetter eine Woche lang genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen/ zu essen und immer den Blick auf den Atlantik zu haben. Als das Wetter etwas nachließ, hatten wir denselben Blick vom Wohnraum aus . Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, bestens geeignet für Wanderungen bei Ebbe am Strand oder über den Küstenwanderweg. Viele Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

 Verified My “Sea View” experience. I visited Sea View in November for a 4 night break in southern Cornwall. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find the most wonderful views from the minute I walked into the hallway. Each room, apart from the bathroom, had such breathtaking views of the sea, beach & St Michael’s Mount. The property is extremely clean and I found it to be very well equipped, although I did advise coat hooks would be useful in the hallway. A full Organic meal was freshly prepared for us and left In the fridge for heating, along with a bottle of wine . This was very welcome after a long journey, as we didn’t have to venture out to find food that evening. We found local pubs and restaurants offered excellent food & drink, all within walking distance. Other visits included the train to St Ives, just along the coast. Penzance, Mousehole and porthcurno Beach. The Hosts were available for any advice or guidance & were helpful, welcoming but not at all over bearing. I will definitely be booking Sea Watch again next year and highly recommend it anyone wanting to stay in Marazion centre.

We arrived to a lovely home-cooked meal from Sue and she even gave us a goodie bag with food for the journey home!  Verified WoW! Spectacular Views & Spectacular Sea Watch Holiday Cottage. WoW what a spectacular view to St. Michael’s Mount from Sea Watch, Sue and Simon have thought of everything you could wish for for a perfect holiday………and more. From the delicious meal prepared for us on our arrival with the table set with fresh flowers and a view over the mount. The beautiful, quality bed linen and super comfy king size 4-poster bed. A lovely bathroom with a powerful shower and a huge T.V. In the lounge with Sky movies. A garage for parking was a huge bonus in Marazion. We brought our Cavapoo puppy Clover and she loved it just as much as we did spending relaxing days on the south facing patio with the sounds of the waves crashing below or running around on the dog friendly beach. Sue and Simon are friendly, kind and generous and really do go above and beyond for their guests. We’ve found our perfect place in Cornwall, thank you Sue and Simon we’ll see you next year……Clover can’t wait x

 Verified A fanatastic stay We had a fantastic stay at Sea Watch, everything was perfect made even better by the view. Sue provided us with an arrival meal which was wonderful and we ate in the dining room overlooking St Micheal's Mount. We even were given a little travel home bag of pasties, cornish tea, cornish shortbread and a keyring. The Appartment was perfectly situated in the centre of Marizion with shops, eating establishments and a chippy very close by. Having a garage to park in a place like Marizion is very helpful. Thank you Sue and Simon for a fantastic week.
